Comprehensive Initial Training
Franchisees receive 30 days of virtual pre-training and 2 weeks initial training at our state-of-the-art Experience Center in Dallas, TX. One week of this initial training is where you and your installer will receive hands-on experience, working side-by-side with the industry’s finest installers and trainers to learn the proper methods, processes, and procedures.
Owners will also learn the ins and outs of running their franchise business, including our established local area marketing programs to drive leads in your market. Prior to launching your business, our support team will assist you with the necessary start-up requirements, including how to use of our front & back office software system.

Your initial training is just the beginning. We provide continued franchise training and the support you need to follow and maintain the Concrete Craft business model from day one including:
